About the 8-Plex Hall apartments
The 8-Plexes were built in 2001 and are located three blocks north of the main campus. These units provide apartment style-living to students who are at least in their second year of their university experience. They allow upper-class students to live off-campus while still providing a semester payment plan that can be covered with financial aid.
The apartment complex has eight three-bedroom units. Each complex offers:
- A private bathroom
- Living room
- Laundry facilities in common areas on each floor of the complex
- Network ready for computer usage (entire complex is wireless)
- Cable and Internet are provided as part of a payment of the per semester housing fee.
- Alcohol Privilege may be granted for apartments in which all occupants are 21 years or older. Apartments may be co-ed.
For each student, the University offers:
- An extra-long twin bed
