Reservation Guidelines

Art Gallery Reservation Guidelines 

  • Complete Art Gallery Reservation Form which is available on the Art Gallery website.
  • Completed reservation form to be emailed to, Provost Office.
  • All events will be added to the calendar schedule on the Art Gallery website
  • Daily events will be reserved at least one month prior to the event.
  • Long-term events and shows will be reserved in the semester prior.
  • When there are no events scheduled, the Art Gallery will be open for seating and public viewing.
  • Reservation time to include set up and tear down.
  • General information is collected on the reservation form for informational purposes only.
  • Once event is scheduled and if installation and setup is required, coordinate with the Art Gallery Director.
