Trojan Athletic Club's Annual Wild Game Feed Raises Over $31,000
November 8, 2023
The Trojan Athletics Club is proud to announce that its 8th Annual Wild Game Feed held on Thursday, November 2 was a huge success. The sold-out event at Dakota State University's Dakota Prairie Playhouse raised over $31,000 to support student-athletes at Dakota State University.
With over 250 attendees, the Wild Game Feed brought together the community for a night of fantastic food, fundraising and fun. Guests were treated to a menu of culinary delights featuring pheasant, deer, elk, duck, fish and more prepared by talented chefs.
The evening also included a silent auction, raffle, and live auction featuring a stuffed squirrel riding a pheasant, a smoker and more. Through the generosity of attendees and sponsors, this year's event exceeded its fundraising goals.
"We are thrilled with the success of this year's Wild Game Feed," said Logan Bornholdt, Assistant Director of Development for Athletics. "The funds raised will make a huge difference in supporting our student-athletes at Dakota State University. We are so grateful to our sponsors, donors, volunteers and everyone who attended and contributed to this amazing event and wonderful cause."
The Trojan Athletic Club and Russ Olson have been hosting the annual Wild Game Feed for 8 years. The event has become a beloved tradition in the community and continues to grow each year. The Trojan Athletics Club looks forward to making next year's Wild Game Feed even bigger and better.
