University Code of Conduct Board Committee Charter

I. COMMITTEE MISSION

The University Code of Conduct Board will hear cases of alleged violation(s) of Student Conduct Regulations, as referred by the Code of Conduct Officer, and recommended to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management the appropriate sanction(s) that the Board finds appropriate in those instances where a student is found in violation of Student Conduct Regulations.

II. COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP AND APPOINTMENTS

Membership is open to all DSU employees with the following minimum:

  • Code of Conduct Officer (Chair, Nature of Office)

  • One (1) faculty member, elected by the Beacom College of Computer and Cyber Sciences

  • One (1) faculty member, elected by the College of Arts and Sciences

  • One (1) faculty member, elected by the College of Business and Information Systems

  • One (1) faculty member, elected by the College of Education and Human Performance

  • Title IX Coordinator

Per the Policy on Committees.

IV. MEETINGS

As needed based on Student of Conduct cases.
