Online Learning Committee Charter
I. COMMITTEE MISSION
The mission of the Online Advisory Committee is to advise the Director of Online Learning on issues pertaining to the academic quality of online courses and online programs and the success of students taking online courses and online programs.
II. COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP AND APPOINTMENTS
The Committee is comprised of voting and non-voting members, and membership is explicitly identified in by-laws to include:-
Director of Online Learning (Chair, Nature of Office)

State Authorization Coordinator

One (1) online program professional advisor

One (1) faculty member, elected from the Beacom College of Computer and Cyber Sciences

One (1) faculty member, elected from the College of Arts and Sciences
