Biography
Dr. William Bendix is an Associate Professor of International Relations and Intelligence at Dakota State University. He teaches courses in cyber politics, world politics, and national security law. A key area of his research focuses on Congress and the making of counterterrorism and foreign-policy legislation. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, including Foreign Policy Analysis, Legislative Studies Quarterly, and Political Research Quarterly.
