Biography

Brady Licht is a learning specialist, experience designer, and LMS administrator who works to create and support innovative, learner-centered digital experiences. Currently working with Black Hills Special Services Cooperative, Licht focuses on human-centered design, calm tech practices, and modular content development to make learning more accessible, engaging, and effective for educators and learners across the Great Plains.

As an adjunct faculty member focusing on educational technology, Brady Licht brings hands-on expertise, including launching and maintaining several large learning management systems, coaching over 100 instructors on eLearning best practices, and developing innovative training frameworks. His insights are further enriched by his frequent presentations at national conferences like ISTE, where he shares knowledge on topics such as microlearning, AI in education, and atomic design for eLearning.
