Biography

Jason Jenkins is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in The Beacom College of Computer & Cyber Sciences. While he’s taught a wide variety of courses since 2015, he regularly teaches software engineering, object-oriented design, and software security. He focuses on teaching students about best practices in software development, including software security and software design. He also enjoys advising undergraduate students and participating in campus service activities, such as club advising and serving on various committees.

Jenkins has over 20 years of IT-related experience, encompassing network administration, hardware and software support, software development, web development, information security, software product management, and computer science education.
