Biography
Dr. Jihene Kaabi EP Harrath is a Tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science at Dakota State University and an IEEE Senior Member. She brings over two decades of international teaching, research, and academic leadership experience spanning the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Operations Research, as well as a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Besançon, France, with a focus on scheduling in production systems.
Her research focuses on operations research, intelligent systems, scheduling algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, and cybersecurity, with publications in top-tier journals and conferences. Dr. Kaabi actively mentors graduate students and serves on editorial and technical committees across global academic platforms.
