Biography
Dr. Schamber is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education & Human Performance, working with degree-seeking K-8 preservice teachers. She is a former middle school science teacher and student advocate.

Her instructional focus is on middle school and science teaching methods, as well as native studies, incorporating best-practice teaching strategies and using artificial intelligence to create resources and learning opportunities for teachers and students.
Research interests include applying artificial intelligence to educational practices; expanding STEM education and access for K-8 students; supporting STEM professional development for teachers; and using AI to streamline and support professional practices.
