Civil Service Act (CSA) Council Charter
I. COMMITTEE MISSION
The mission of the Civil Service Act (CSA) Council is to bring concerns expressed by any CSA employee of Dakota State to the University’s leadership. The Council is also charged with recommending to the President of DSU training, incentive, and recognition programs for approval.

- Three (3) general administrative representatives
- Two (2) clerical representatives
- Two (2) custodial representatives
