Student Success Committee Charter
I. COMMITTEE MISSION
The Student Success Committee is responsible for the coordination of the university-wide retention efforts. The Committee’s responsibilities include:

Evaluate data to identify patterns in student success.

Share student success data and findings with appropriate stakeholders.

Identify potential strategies to improve student success for student subgroups of concern.

Advocate for student success initiatives across the university.
-
Monitor student success initiatives and support institutional improvement.
-
Ensure that the university is informed of all student success initiatives and their outcomes.
