We've been a part of the Madison community for over 143 years and we would love to celebrate with you! The 2024 Trojan Days Committee invites you to join us for our beloved homecoming traditions.

Trojans Give Back
The same great annual causes with a new name, DSU’s Day of Service and Day of Giving, are back under the new name Trojans Give Back.
Serve. Support. Celebrate.
Whether through service, skill, or financial support, we know every person makes a difference in the Trojan community. Each year, DSU celebrates Madison during Trojan Days by serving the local community through service projects. The activities include environmental cleanups and assisting with projects for local business owners and organizations such as Dakota Cinema and the Domestic Violence Network. Everyone has something to offer, and everyone is invited to participate in giving back to the community that supports us. If you are an online student, you can join by serving your local community.
On the same day, we also come together to give back financially and support current and future Trojans by raising scholarship funds. This annual event is your opportunity to support areas of interest like a college, department, athletic team, or club. Be sure to show your Trojan Pride and RISE UP with us for Trojans Give Back. Check DSU’s social media throughout the day for updates on challenges and matches happening.
Homecoming Day Parade
A tradition on the DSU campus is the annual Homecoming Parade and Trojan Days events. Join hundreds of students, faculty, alumni, community members, and families on Egan Avenue Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 10 a.m. to watch, or take part in the parade before the big game.
Trojans Host Jamestown for Homecoming 2024
The Dakota State University Trojan football team will host Jamestown for this year's homecoming game. Tailgating begins at 1:00 p.m. east of the Brian Kern Stadium, with the game starting at 4:00 p.m., on Blankley Field at the Beacom PREMIER Complex.

Come back to Madison and participate in our Trojan Day Events. As always we encourage all Alumni and Friends to come back for homecoming; however, this year we have three different groups (73 Football Team, 1973 Graduates, 1975-1985 all sports reunion) for which we are holding special activities.
