The Digital Accounting Associate (AS) degree provides non-accounting majors an opportunity to analyze the financial implications of business decisions. This program provides the skills to be financially knowledgeable in any industry and will prepare students to complete accounting practices through software systems.

A career in numbers involves number crunching, solving numerical problems, or analytical thinking. The Digital Accounting AS degree prepares you for a wide variety of jobs in areas such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and customer relations. They also will be prepared to take the exam to become certified in QuickBooks Online.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the Digital Accounting associate degree, students will be able to:
- Produce accurate financial statements, including Income statements, Balance Sheets, Statements of Cash Flows, and Owner’s Equity using digital accounting tools.
- Draw conclusions from spreadsheet data analysis and digital accounting tools to inform financial decisions.
- Analyze the impact of economic issues on the business environment.
- Solve business problems using digital accounting tools.
