Lost/Stolen Card

What if I lose my Trojan Card or it is stolen?

Cards can be deactivated by you 24 hours a day by using:

  • Deactivate/reactivate card through online account
  • Smart Phone App
  • Or by contacting/stopping in the Card Services Office in ITS at the Karl Mundt Library (8-4 M-F)
Replacement physical cards can be purchased at the Card Services Office for a $20 replacement fee.
