Health Informatics and Information Management Minor

Exceptional healthcare

A minor in health informatics and information management (HIIM) can enhance a variety of majors involving healthcare, science, information technology, and information systems. Through completion of the minor students will learn basic medical terminology, legal aspects of health information, and health information and data systems. Students will also learn about HIIM quality management including evaluation activities, risk management, and utilization review.

Choose to pair this minor with any major like a BBA in Business Administration, or explore a major in Health Informatics and Information Management.
