Artificial intelligence (AI is everywhere you look. From security systems and robot vacuums to Teslas and voice recognition tools – like Alexa and Siri – AI has become the forefront of our careers and education. And with the ever-expanding field of AI, it’s become even more important to understand exactly what it is and how to utilize it.
If you’re constantly amazed at the level of intelligence this type of technology offers, then our BS in Artificial Intelligence is for you.
Starting in the fall of 2021, our online or on-campus courses put AI at the core. Understand the different types of artificial intelligence from reactive to theory of mind. Investigate applications that make AI possible. Learn elements of ethics in addition to societal impacts, cognitive logic, and more. Focus on the logistics of computer science and math. Successfully utilize AI in an ethical manner through a variety of operations.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the BS degree in Artificial Intelligence, students will be able to:
- Perform data analysis on varying datasets.
- Develop software that utilizes well-known AI algorithms.
- Identify appropriate use of different AI algorithms for different problem types.
- Evaluate the ethical implications of applied AI.
