Dakota State University's Registrar's Office is here to serve students, faculty, staff, and alumni through registration, record-keeping, course and classroom management, and academic support. Our mission is to support teaching, learning, and student development by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and the student information system.
Dakota State University’s Registrar’s Office serves students, faculty, staff, administration, and alumni in an ethical, efficient, and personal manner. The office maintains the integrity of all academic records while executing the provisions of the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as state and local regulations, establishes registration guidelines, administers academic policy, and oversees all registration activities for the University. Our team has specialized expertise within collegiate service areas including academic records, transcripts, grade collection and recording, degree certification and diplomas, student-athlete certification, transfer credit evaluation and processing, enrollment, curriculum, catalog, and much more.
