Residence Halls
#DormLife
It's the hallmark of a university experience. And we're all about making yours as supportive (and fun!) as possible. We find that students who live on campus have greater academic success and get more involved with the campus community. So we're committed to offering you ways to do both.
Halls of fame
Every residence hall and apartment complex is unique. They each have their own layouts, traditions, and diverse mixes of students. We'll assign you a dorm room and put you in touch with your new roommate prior to move-in. That's when the fun begins.
Residence Village

Residence Village is opening fall 2021. This four-story residence hall features all single occupancy rooms for upper-class students. The building also includes community study areas, lounges, laundry facilities, and a coffee shop/convenience store on the ground level.

Emry Hall
This co-ed hall is reserved primarily for first-year students engaged in the FYRE program.

Zimmermann Hall
Zimmermann is the only hall that isn’t co-ed. It houses FYRE students and first-time college students.

Richardson Hall
The largest residence hall on campus, this co-ed dorm primarily houses upper-class students.

The Courtyard
Opened in 2017, this one-floor hall houses 107 students who are in at least their second year.

8-Plexes
This apartment style complex is located three blocks north of the main campus. These units are for students who are at least in their second year.

Girton House
The Girton House is the former residence of the president of the university. It has been renovated to provide on-campus housing for students.

Van Eps Place
Van Eps Place is located four blocks SW of the main campus. Residence life began placing third year and above students there during the fall semester of 2019.

The 2-1-2
The 2-1-2 gives students an off-campus housing option and provides students with a different lifestyle with housing amenities.
Ready? Here's your cheat sheet
Ever lived in a building with hundreds of your friends? There's some do's and don'ts in the form of what to bring and what to skip (sorry, Fluffy).
