Van Eps Place
Van Eps Place is located four blocks SW of the main campus. Residence life began placing third-year and above students there during the fall semester of 2019. It houses up to 23 co-ed students and sits in a quiet community neighborhood close to restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery shopping centers.
Van Eps Place contains seven single occupancy rooms and eight double occupancy rooms.
