Complete your Bachelor’s Degree in Three years – or less

Students can earn their bachelor’s degree in just three years by taking classes all year long, in the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Make your college experience all you dreamed it to be and launch into the workforce early with your in-demand degree.

The Degree in Three programs can be completed whether you have already earned many or no college credits. Highly motivated students can complete their B.S. in even less time, depending on how many previously earned credits are transferred. Many of Dakota State’s degrees offer a unique blend of on-campus or online course choices, allowing you more flexibility to achieve your goals.

Financial Aid and Tuition

Financial aid and most scholarships are available for Degree in Three students throughout the year. Our tuition rate is always affordable for students regardless of the semester or time it takes to complete their degree.

Year-round DSU Student

To complete your Degree in Three program, you will take courses as a full-time student throughout the year during the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Depending on how many college credits students bring to DSU and their program of study, a summer semester may be a lighter load or not needed. DSU is known for quality in-person and online instruction. Students may choose the traditional on-campus or fully online experience depending on their program.  

Students can choose to slow down their program of study at any time. DSU’s academic advisors help students create the best path toward completing their degree.

Masters Degree in Four Years

For students looking to take a bigger step forward, the Degree in Three program can be combined with an accelerated master’s degree plan. Our 4+1 program becomes a 3+1, allowing students to complete their bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the same time. Add one additional year and start your career with two advanced degrees, or complete your master’s while you work.
